Rotary Club of Albury West
The Rotary Club of Albury West was first chartered in 1974. The Charter President was Barry Wills and Barry is still an active member of the club.
The club meets every Wednesday at the Albury Club function room at 6:30pm in Kiewa Street Albury.
The club has a fine tradition of fun and rotary service. Some of the more notable community projects are the Uiver Memorial plane, the original Oddie's Creek playground and picnic area. The Riding for Disabled covered exercise area. The Annual Nail Can Hill run resulting in significant donations to the Woodstock (now Aspire) and Aspect Autistic School.
The club boasts great fellowship functions and regularly enjoy the great food and wine offerings in the border region.
